  Dear Management,
  Wanted to let you know you have a top notch person at your company, Brett Mumy. We live in Indian River, just south of Mackinaw, saw the boat we liked on line, filled out the “contact-us” form and ultimately found The Best Sales Person to help us.
  Brett followed up with an e-mail and phone message (we were out.) I called him back, and the conversation was great. Ultimately the price was competitive and his follow up exceptional. I felt he was willing to go out of his way to help, answer questions, and made things super easy. We’re set to deliver March 17th. He's coming to our area on vacation and bringing the boat with him!
  Just to compare, we’ve been in communication with another salesman/dealership for a year or so, checking to find the boat, options, price that was right, so I’d stopped to see my salesman the Friday before I talked with Brett, but he was out. The follow up I got from this other salesman was an email, with basically the same flyer I picked up there last fall, no “out the door pricing” (I could ask him for that he said), and no follow up phone call.
  You guys are blessed. Brett is exceptional and we’re very happy to have him to work with. Please provide him a Bonus and a Big Raise because we think he’s the Best. Maybe a Dinner? J
